Welcome to the GladiusRO Mining PvP area. This guide explains how to farm Variant Minerals, the available rewards, reward chances, quantities, access limits, and PvP restrictions.

Quick Summary

  • Defeat Variant Mineral monsters on an eligible Mining PvP map.
  • VIP and Non-VIP players have the same reward chances and quantities.
  • Normal material chance: 40% per Variant Mineral kill.
  • Golden Diamond Box (Item ID: 102806) chance: 20% per Variant Mineral kill.
  • Golden Diamond Box quantity: 1 to 5 boxes when successful.
  • The material and Golden Diamond Box rewards are rolled independently.
  • A player may receive both rewards from the same kill.
  • Active VIP players have unlimited mining time.
  • Non-VIP and expired VIP players may mine for up to 5 hours per account each day.

How to Farm

  1. Enter an eligible Mining PvP map.
  2. Search for a monster named Variant Mineral.
  3. Defeat the Variant Mineral.
  4. The server performs a Golden Diamond Box reward roll.
  5. The server separately performs a normal material reward roll.
  6. Successful rewards are placed directly into your inventory.
  7. Continue searching after the Variant Mineral respawns.

Variant Minerals respawn approximately 3 seconds after being defeated. They can respawn at a new random valid position on the map.

Reward Chances

Normal Mining Material

Every Variant Mineral kill has a 40% chance to award one normal mining material. This chance is the same for Active VIP, Non-VIP, and expired VIP players.

Golden Diamond Box

Every Variant Mineral kill has a separate 20% chance to award Golden Diamond Box, Item ID 102806. A successful roll awards a random quantity from 1 to 5 boxes. Each quantity from 1 to 5 has an equal chance.

The Golden Diamond Box does not replace the normal material reward. A player can receive both rewards from the same Variant Mineral.

Possible Result From One Kill

Because both rolls are independent:

  • Normal material and Golden Diamond Box: 8%
  • Normal material only: 32%
  • Golden Diamond Box only: 12%
  • No reward: 48%

These are long-term probabilities. They do not guarantee a reward after a fixed number of kills.

Normal Material Reward List

If the 40% material roll succeeds, one material is selected from this table:

Item ID Material Selection Chance After Material Success Effective Chance Per Mineral Kill
756 Rough Oridecon 14.00% 5.60%
757 Rough Elunium 14.00% 5.60%
984 Oridecon 9.00% 3.60%
985 Elunium 9.00% 3.60%
6224 Bradium 6.00% 2.40%
6223 Carnium 6.00% 2.40%
1000331 Etherium 4.00% 1.60%
1000332 Etherdeocon 4.00% 1.60%
1000322 Etel Dust 6.00% 2.40%
6240 HD Oridecon 5.00% 2.00%
6241 HD Elunium 5.00% 2.00%
6225 HD Carnium 3.00% 1.20%
6226 HD Bradium 3.00% 1.20%
7619 Enriched Elunium 2.50% 1.00%
7620 Enriched Oridecon 2.50% 1.00%
1000333 Enriched Etherium 1.00% 0.40%
1000334 Enriched Etherdeocon 1.00% 0.40%
1000335 HD Etherium 0.75% 0.30%
1000336 HD Etherdeocon 0.75% 0.30%
1000368 Etel Bradium 1.00% 0.40%
1000370 Etel Carnium 1.00% 0.40%
1000369 HD Etel Bradium 0.75% 0.30%
1000371 HD Etel Carnium 0.75% 0.30%

The effective chance includes the initial 40% material success roll. Example: Rough Oridecon has a 14% selection chance after material success, so its effective chance per kill is 40% x 14% = 5.60%.

Normal Material Quantity

When a normal material is awarded, its quantity uses this weighted distribution:

Quantity Chance After Material Success
1 25%
2 20%
3 15%
4 10%
5 8%
6 7%
7 5%
8 4%
9 3%
10 3%

Lower quantities are intentionally more common. The default normal material quantity range is 1 to 10.

Golden Diamond Box Quantity

When the 20% Golden Diamond Box roll succeeds, the quantity is selected equally from 1 to 5:

Quantity Chance After Golden Diamond Success Effective Chance Per Mineral Kill
1 box 20% 4%
2 boxes 20% 4%
3 boxes 20% 4%
4 boxes 20% 4%
5 boxes 20% 4%

  • Party and guild protection are disabled for PvP combat.
  • Teleportation and memo saving are disabled.
  • Death or reconnection under applicable map conditions may return the character to the configured Save Point.
  • Bring sufficient healing supplies and ensure that your inventory has enough free weight.
  • Avoid carrying unnecessary valuables into the mining area.

Probability Notice

Rewards are calculated independently for each Variant Mineral kill. A 40% or 20% chance does not guarantee a reward within a particular number of kills. Lucky and unlucky streaks are normal.

Rates may be adjusted for server balancing, maintenance, or special events. Refer to the latest GladiusRO announcement if the in-game settings change.
