Requirements

  • Recommended Base Level: 170 or higher
  • Complete the required Episode 17.2 story progression.
  • Keep enough free inventory weight and item slots.
  • Keep Mini Elly available. Item ID: 400127.
  • Equip Mini Elly whenever an NPC asks the player to put Mini Elly on the head.
  • Several sections use story instances or Memorial Dungeons.

Part 1: Trouble in Rachel

  4. Complete the crowd and guard scene.

  7. Wait for Suad and complete the conversation.
  8. Enter Gray Wolf Village.

Part 5: Gray Wolf Village Reputation

  2. Complete the introductory Investigation of Oz Labyrinth quest.
  3. Complete village side quests and daily quests to gain reputation.
  4. Reach 1,000 Episode 18 Reputation.

GladiusRO Custom Requirement

The main story pauses after entering Gray Wolf Village. The player must reach 1,000 Gray Wolf Village Reputation. When a quest reward raises reputation to 1,000 or more, the Village Boy and village conference become available.

  4. Continue the weapon-dealer conversation.

  7. Enter and complete the Thor Military Base story instance.
  8. Complete every objective and final conversation before leaving.

Important: At Bearded Jack, choose Smelly Dandelion. Other answers do not advance the quest.

Part 8: Gray Wolf Village Crisis

  2. Report the weapon-smuggling investigation.
  3. Go to the stolen goods at wolfvill (131, 257). @warp wolfvill 131 257
  4. Click the goods and continue the discussion with Lamacus.
  5. Continue until the group decides to meet in front of Rachel Temple.

  7. Enter and complete A Gathering Place of Wolves story instance.

Part 9: High Priest's Villa

  2. Activate the appointment point.
  3. Continue the conversation with Miriam, Maram, Suad, and Ira.
  4. Speak to Ira when ready.
  5. Enter the High Priest's Villa Memorial Dungeon.
  6. Complete every story objective inside.
  7. After completion, speak to Maram at oz_dun01 (225, 119). @warp oz_dun01 225 119
  8. Return to the temple interior.
  9. Approach the restricted chamber near ra_temin (256, 130). @warp ra_temin 256 130

Part 10: Elly's Explanation

  1. Keep Mini Elly in the inventory as instructed by the NPC.
  2. If Mini Elly is the only copy and is equipped, unequip it before speaking to Elly's Figure.
  3. Speak to Elly's Figure at ra_temin (258, 117). @warp ra_temin 258 117
  4. Continue the full discussion about Bagot, the illusion, Ymir's Heart Fragment, and the northern continent.
  5. The final quest state is reached when ep18_main becomes 57.

  3. Help Paul by clearing the nearby monsters.

Troubleshooting

NPC Does Not Appear

  • Check the active quest in the Quest Window.
  • Walk around the exact coordinate because several scenes use hidden OnTouch triggers.
  • Equip Mini Elly if the dialogue asks the player to put Mini Elly on the head.
  • Clear inventory weight and free at least one item slot.
  • Finish the previous NPC's complete dialogue.

Conference Does Not Unlock

  • Finish Imril's introductory Oz Labyrinth investigation.
  • Reach at least 1,000 Gray Wolf Village Reputation.
  • Claim the reward from the quest NPC that raises reputation to 1,000.
  • Check Village Boy at wolfvill (180, 179). @warp wolfvill 180 179

Instance Completed but Quest Did Not Advance

  • Do not leave immediately after defeating the final monster.
  • Complete the final dialogue and walk over the final trigger area.
  • Check for remaining quest markers inside the instance.

Final Elly NPC Refuses to Continue

  • Carry Mini Elly, item ID 400127, in the inventory.
  • If the only Mini Elly is equipped, unequip it.
  • Keep sufficient inventory space and weight for the final rewards.
