Welcome to the GladiusRO Halloween Festival! Take part in daily hunting missions, play Trick or Treat, collect Pumpkin Spirits, exchange rewards, and defend Prontera from powerful Level 200+ Halloween monsters.

This guide explains how the event works and how players can participate.

Finding the Halloween Festival NPC

Go to Prontera and find the Halloween Festival NPC at:

The NPC has a waiting-room label named Halloween Festival. Nearby Trick and Treat NPCs also have visible waiting-room labels.

Pumpkin Spirits

Pumpkin Spirits are the main event currency.

Players can earn Pumpkin Spirits from:

• Completing the Daily Pumpkin Hunt
• Playing Trick or Treat
• Defeating elite Halloween invasion monsters
• Defeating the Level 250 Pumpkin Lord
• Reaching festival milestones

To check the current Pumpkin Spirit balance, speak to the Halloween Festival NPC and select either:

Pumpkin Spirit balances and festival progress are saved to the player's account and remain after logout, server restart, script reload, or server maintenance.

Daily Pumpkin Hunt

How to Start

1. Speak to the Halloween Festival NPC at Prontera (147,187).
2. Select Daily Pumpkin Hunt.
3. The NPC checks the character's current Base Level.
4. A hunting map, kill target, monster clues, and reward are assigned automatically.
5. Use the teleport option or travel to the assigned map manually.
6. Defeat monsters on the exact assigned map.
7. Return to the Halloween Festival NPC after completing the target.
8. Select Daily Pumpkin Hunt again to claim the reward.

Players do not choose Easy, Normal, or Hard. The mission difficulty is assigned automatically according to Base Level.

Important rules:

• Only kills made on the exact assigned map count.
• Only monsters personally defeated by the character count.
• Suggested monsters are clues. Other monsters on the assigned map may also count.
• The mission is assigned once per account per day.
• The assigned mission remains fixed until the daily reset.
• Changing Base Level after accepting the mission does not change the current assignment.
• Party members may help, but another player's kill may not increase the personal counter.

Every completed Daily Pumpkin Hunt also rewards 1 Gift Box.

Checking Mission Progress

Speak to the Halloween Festival NPC and select Daily Pumpkin Hunt again. The NPC displays:

• Assigned map name
• Exact map code
• Suggested monsters
• Required kills
• Current kill progress
• Pumpkin Spirit reward
• Teleport option

A progress message also appears after the first kill and at regular intervals.

Example:

Halloween Hunt: 10 / 60 on Payon Cave Floor 4.

After completion:

Halloween: Daily hunt complete! Return to Prontera (147,187).

Trick or Treat

Players can play Trick or Treat once per account per day.

1. Speak to the Halloween Festival NPC.
2. Select Trick or Treat.
3. Choose Trick or Treat.
4. Receive a random result.

Possible outcomes include Pumpkin Spirits, consumable rewards, a rare reward, or a harmless Halloween trick. The attempt is recorded immediately, so disconnecting after choosing does not provide another attempt.

Return after the next daily reset to play again.

Pumpkin Spirit Reward Shop

Speak to the Halloween Festival NPC and select Pumpkin Spirit Reward Shop. Select a reward to view its contents before confirming the exchange.

Before exchanging:

• Make sure the character has enough Pumpkin Spirits.
• Keep sufficient inventory space and available weight.
• Read the reward description before selecting Exchange.
• Completed exchanges cannot normally be reversed.

Prontera Halloween Invasion

Invasion Schedule

The automatic Prontera invasion is scheduled every 3 hours at server time:

• 06:00
• 09:00
• 12:00
• 15:00
• 18:00
• 21:00

An announcement appears when the invasion begins. Players should travel to Prontera and form a party.

The invasion has a 10-minute time limit. If the invading monsters and Pumpkin Lord are not defeated in time, the invasion ends.

Elite Invasion Wave

The first wave contains 12 powerful Halloween monsters around Prontera.

Each elite monster gives the player who defeats it:

• 3 Pumpkin Spirits
• 1 invasion kill added to the Festival Record

These monsters are intended to be difficult. Lower-level players should avoid fighting alone and should remain away from active combat areas.

Level 250 Pumpkin Lord

After all 12 elite invaders are defeated, the Pumpkin Lord appears near the Prontera fountain.

The player who lands the final hit receives:

Recommended preparation:

• Form a balanced party.
• Bring healing and recovery supplies.
• Protect support characters.
• Avoid pulling elite monsters toward the main NPC area.
• Watch the remaining event time.
• Regroup before fighting the Pumpkin Lord.

Checking Invasion Status

Speak to the Halloween Festival NPC and select Invasion Status. The NPC displays whether an invasion is active and how many elite monsters remain.

If a server maintenance or script reload occurs during an active invasion, the event attempts to restore the remaining wave or Pumpkin Lord stage while keeping the original event deadline.

Select My Festival Record from the Halloween Festival NPC to view:

• Current Pumpkin Spirit balance
• Lifetime Pumpkin Spirits earned
• Daily Pumpkin Hunts completed
• Invasion monsters defeated
• Pumpkin Lords defeated
• Festival milestone level

Festival records are stored on the player's account.

Recommended Player Routine

For efficient festival progress:

1. Visit the Halloween Festival NPC after the daily reset.
2. Accept the automatically assigned Daily Pumpkin Hunt.
3. Read the map code and monster clues carefully.
4. Use the NPC teleport option.
5. Complete the hunting target and claim the reward.
6. Play Trick or Treat once.
7. Join scheduled Prontera invasions with a party.
8. Save Pumpkin Spirits for the preferred shop reward.
9. Check My Festival Record regularly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why are my monster kills not counting?

Check the following:

• The Daily Pumpkin Hunt must be accepted first.
• The character must be on the exact assigned map.
• The character must personally defeat the monster.
• The daily mission may already be complete.
• The event may currently be disabled for maintenance.

Speak to the Halloween Festival NPC and select Daily Pumpkin Hunt to check the exact assigned map and progress.

Can I choose another hunting map?

No. The map is assigned automatically according to Base Level and remains fixed until the next daily reset.

Can I complete the hunt in a party?

Party members may help, but the mission counter is personal. Only eligible kills credited to the character increase that character's progress.

Can Pumpkin Spirits be traded?

No. Pumpkin Spirits are account-based event points, not inventory items.

Will Pumpkin Spirits disappear after logout or maintenance?

No. Pumpkin Spirit balances and account festival progress are saved persistently.

What happens if the server restarts during an invasion?

The event attempts to restore the remaining elite wave or the Pumpkin Lord stage, provided the original invasion deadline has not expired.

Why can I not enter Prontera safely during an invasion?

The invasion contains monsters from Level 200 to Level 250. Lower-level players should wait until the invasion ends or ask stronger players for assistance.

Where does the Pumpkin Lord appear?

The Pumpkin Lord appears near the Prontera fountain at approximately (156,182) after all elite invaders are defeated.

How often can I play Trick or Treat?

Once per account per server date.

How do I obtain the Infinity Fly Wings Box?

Collect 800 Pumpkin Spirits, open the Pumpkin Spirit Reward Shop, select Infinity Fly Wings Box (1 Week), review the contents, and confirm the exchange.

Important Notes

• Event values and rewards may be adjusted for game balance.
• Server announcements and NPC information take priority if event settings change.
• Do not intentionally drag invasion monsters onto low-level or inactive players.
• Report missing NPCs, incorrect rewards, stuck invasions, or mission-count problems to the GladiusRO staff with a screenshot and character name.
