Trait Status Repair Guide

The Trait Status Repair NPC is available for existing fourth-job and expanded Trait-class characters whose Trait Status Points are missing or remain at 0.

This service recalculates the character's available Status Points and Trait Status Points according to the character's current Base Level and eligible class.

Who Should Use This Service?

This repair is intended for:

  • Existing fourth-job characters
  • Existing expanded Trait-class characters
  • Characters at Base Level 200 or higher
  • Characters whose T.Status Point remains at 0
  • Characters who did not receive Trait Points after changing jobs
  • Characters who reached the server's maximum Base Level before Trait Points were calculated correctly

Do not use this service if the character's Trait Status Points are already working normally.

NPC Location

The Trait Status Repair NPC can be found at:

NPC Map Coordinates
Trait Status Repair Prontera 152, 185

The NPC is located within Prontera and can be accessed by all eligible players.

Important Warning

Please read before continuing:

Using the Trait Status Repair service will reset all allocated Normal Stats and Trait Stats.

The following Normal Stats will be reset:

  • STR
  • AGI
  • VIT
  • INT
  • DEX
  • LUK

The following Trait Stats will also be reset:

  • POW
  • STA
  • WIS
  • SPL
  • CON
  • CRT

The spent points are not permanently lost. Available Status Points and Trait Status Points will be recalculated and returned according to the character's current Base Level and eligible class.

The player must redistribute all Normal Stats and Trait Stats after completing the repair.

What Will Not Be Reset?

The repair service does not reset or remove:

  • Base Level
  • Job Level
  • Current Job Class
  • Learned Skills
  • Skill Points
  • Equipment
  • Inventory items
  • Zeny
  • Quests
  • Episode progress
  • Achievements
  • Guild membership

Only allocated Normal Stats and Trait Stats are reset for recalculation.

How to Use the Repair NPC

  1. Travel to Prontera 152, 185.
  2. Speak with the Trait Status Repair NPC.
  3. Read the explanation and warning carefully.
  4. Select Run one-time repair.
  5. Review the final confirmation.
  6. Select Confirm repair.
  7. Close and reopen the Status window.
  8. Redistribute all available Normal Status Points.
  9. Open the Trait Status window.
  10. Redistribute all available Trait Status Points.

Expected Result

After the repair is completed:

  • Normal Stats return to their starting values.
  • Trait Stats return to 0.
  • Spent Normal Status Points are recalculated and returned.
  • Missing Trait Status Points are recalculated and returned.
  • The character can allocate POW, STA, WIS, SPL, CON, and CRT again.
  • The repair is recorded as completed for that character.

The Trait Stats showing 0 immediately after the repair is normal. Check the available T.Status Point balance and redistribute the points.

One-Time Service

The Trait Status Repair can normally be used only once per character.

After a successful repair, the NPC will record that the character has already completed the process. This prevents repeated resets or unintended repeated use.

If the NPC reports that the repair was already used, but Trait Status Points are still missing, please contact the server administration team.

After Completing the Repair

Players should complete the following checks:

  1. Close and reopen the Status window.
  2. Confirm that available Status Points are displayed.
  3. Open the Trait Status window.
  4. Confirm that available T.Status Points are displayed.
  5. Allocate at least one Trait Stat.
  6. Apply the changes.
  7. Log out and log in again.
  8. Confirm that the allocated Trait Stat remains saved.

The repair is intended for standard fourth-job classes and supported expanded Trait classes.

Examples include:

  • Dragon Knight

  • Biolo
  • Hyper Novice

Frequently Asked Questions

Will all of my stats become 0 permanently?

No.

Allocated Normal Stats and Trait Stats are temporarily reset. The corresponding points are recalculated and returned for redistribution.

Will the repair reduce my Base Level or Job Level?

No. The repair does not intentionally modify Base Level or Job Level.

Will the repair remove my skills?

No. The repair does not reset learned skills or available Skill Points.

Will the repair remove my equipment or inventory?

No. Equipment, inventory items, Zeny, and storage are not affected.

Why are POW, STA, WIS, SPL, CON, and CRT showing 0 after the repair?

Trait Stats are reset so the player can redistribute the recalculated Trait Status Points.

Open the Trait Status window and check the available T.Status Point balance.

Can the repair be used repeatedly?

No. The service is designed as a one-time repair for each eligible character.

Do new fourth-job characters need this repair?

Normally, no.

New characters using the updated Job Master system should receive recalculated Trait Status Points immediately when changing into an eligible fourth-job or expanded Trait class.

The repair NPC is mainly intended for characters who changed jobs before the Trait Point correction was implemented.

What should I do if T.Status Point remains at 0?

Take a screenshot showing:

  • Character Base Level
  • Character Job Level
  • Current Job Class
  • Trait Status window
  • Available T.Status Point

Send the screenshot and character name to the server administration team for investigation.
