The Pumpkin Moon has risen over Prontera!
Join the GladiusRO Halloween Festival to complete daily hunts, play Trick or Treat, defend Prontera from monster invasions, collect Pumpkin Spirits, unlock milestones, and exchange your Spirits for useful rewards.
Quick Start
- Travel to Prontera.
- Find the Halloween Festival NPC at prontera 147,187.
- Speak to the NPC and select Festival Guide if this is your first visit.
- Select Daily Pumpkin Hunt and choose a difficulty.
- Defeat monsters on eligible Chapter 1 maps.
- Return to the Halloween Festival NPC after reaching your target.
- Claim your Pumpkin Spirits and Gift Box.
- Play Trick or Treat once per day.
- Join the scheduled Prontera invasion for additional Pumpkin Spirits.
- Spend your Pumpkin Spirits through the Reward Shop.

Two festival greeters named Trick and Treat can also be found in Prontera. They provide short event hints.
Pumpkin Spirits
Pumpkin Spirits are the main currency of the Halloween Festival.
Pumpkin Spirits are stored directly on your account. They do not occupy inventory space and are available to characters using the same account.
You can earn Pumpkin Spirits from:
- Completing the Daily Pumpkin Hunt
- Playing Trick or Treat
- Defeating monsters during a Prontera invasion
- Defeating the Pumpkin Lord
To check your current balance, speak to the Halloween Festival NPC and select:
- Festival Guide; or
- My Festival Record
Daily Pumpkin Hunt
The Daily Pumpkin Hunt can be completed once per account per server day.
How to Start
- Speak to the Halloween Festival NPC at prontera 147,187.
- Select Daily Pumpkin Hunt.
- Choose Easy, Normal, or Hard difficulty.
- Hunt monsters on an eligible map.
- Return to the event NPC when the required number of kills is complete.
- Select Daily Pumpkin Hunt again to claim the reward.
Important: Your selected difficulty cannot be changed until the next daily reset.

Eligible Hunting Areas
Kills count on the following Chapter 1 map groups:
- Prontera Fields: prt_fild maps
- Payon Fields: pay_fild maps
- Payon Dungeon: pay_dun maps
- Geffen Fields: gef_fild maps
- Geffen Dungeon: gef_dun maps
- Morroc Fields: moc_fild maps
- Pyramids: moc_pryd maps
- Sphinx: in_sphinx maps
- Ant Hell: anthell maps
Only eligible monsters defeated by your character count toward your mission. Party play is allowed, but another player's kill does not increase your personal counter.
Your progress is displayed after every 10 kills. You can also speak to the Halloween Festival NPC and select Daily Pumpkin Hunt to check your current progress.
When the mission is complete, return to prontera 147,187 and speak to the Halloween Festival NPC to claim the reward.
Daily Trick or Treat
Every account can play Trick or Treat once per server day.
How to Play
- Speak to the Halloween Festival NPC.
- Select Trick or Treat.
- Choose Trick! or Treat!.
- Receive a random result.
Both choices use the same Festival surprise system. Possible results include:

Even a Trick gives Pumpkin Spirits, so remember to play once every day.
Prontera Halloween Invasion
Halloween monsters invade Prontera automatically every three hours.
Invasion Schedule
The invasion starts at the following server times:
- 00:00
- 03:00
- 06:00
- 09:00
- 12:00
- 15:00
- 18:00
- 21:00
The schedule follows the game server's time.
How the Invasion Works
- A server-wide announcement warns players that Prontera is under attack.
- A first wave of 45 Halloween monsters appears around Prontera.
- Defeat all monsters in the first wave.
- The Pumpkin Lord then appears near prontera 156,182.
- Defeat the Pumpkin Lord before the invasion timer expires.
The invasion lasts for up to 10 minutes. If players do not complete it in time, the Pumpkin Lord escapes and the invasion ends.
Invasion Enemies
The first wave contains:
- 20 Pumpkin Porings
- 15 Spooky Familiars
- 10 Restless Skeletons
Invasion Rewards
- Each invasion monster personally defeated gives 1 Pumpkin Spirit.
- The player who defeats the Pumpkin Lord receives 20 Pumpkin Spirits.
- The player who defeats the Pumpkin Lord also receives 1 Gift Box.
Speak to the Halloween Festival NPC and select Invasion Status to check whether an invasion is currently active and how many first-wave monsters remain.
Tip: Gather in Prontera shortly before a scheduled invasion. Defeating the first wave quickly gives the group more time to fight the Pumpkin Lord.
Pumpkin Spirit Reward Shop
Speak to the Halloween Festival NPC and select Reward Shop to exchange Pumpkin Spirits.

Make sure your character has enough inventory space and weight capacity before exchanging Pumpkin Spirits.
Festival Milestones
Milestones are based on the total number of Pumpkin Spirits earned by your account. Spending Pumpkin Spirits does not reduce your lifetime total.

Milestone rewards are granted automatically when the required lifetime total is reached. A server-wide announcement is displayed for each achievement.

Select My Festival Record from the Halloween Festival NPC to view:
- Current Pumpkin Spirit balance
- Lifetime Pumpkin Spirits earned
- Number of Daily Pumpkin Hunts completed
- Number of invasion monsters defeated
- Number of Pumpkin Lords defeated
- Current milestone level
Recommended Daily Routine
For an easy and efficient event routine:
- Visit the Halloween Festival NPC in Prontera.
- Play Trick or Treat.
- Accept a Daily Pumpkin Hunt difficulty suitable for your character.
- Complete the hunt on an eligible Chapter 1 map.
- Return to Prontera and claim the daily reward.
- Join the next scheduled invasion.
- Check your Festival Record and milestone progress.
- Exchange Pumpkin Spirits when you have enough for your preferred reward.
Newer or lower-level players should begin with Easy. Stronger players with more time can choose Normal or Hard for better Pumpkin Spirit rewards.
Important Notes
- Daily activities reset according to the server date.
- Daily progress and Pumpkin Spirits are account-based.
- Daily Hunt difficulty cannot be changed after being selected for that day.
- Only your own eligible monster kills count toward the Daily Pumpkin Hunt.
- Only your own invasion kills award the 1-Spirit monster reward.
- The Pumpkin Lord reward goes to the character who lands the defeating blow.
- Free some inventory space before claiming or exchanging item rewards.
